Big Shot Lab operates as a DBA (Doing Business As) of Big Shot Photo Booths LLC.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Use of the Services

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Big Shot Lab.

1.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting requests or uploading content.

1.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Services to upload, create, or request content that is:

Illegal or violates any local, state, or federal laws

Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult in nature

Hateful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory

Intended to defame or harm another person

Impersonating another individual without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at any time.

2. Your Photos, Uploads & AI Processing

2.1 User Content

“User Content” refers to any photos, images, text, instructions, or other materials you submit to us.

You retain all ownership rights to your original photos.

2.2 License You Grant to Us

By uploading or submitting content, you grant Big Shot Lab a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

View, process, edit, enhance, and transform your images

Use your images solely for the purpose of providing and delivering your purchased Services

We do not use your images for any marketing, training, advertising, or portfolio purposes without your explicit written consent.

2.3 Third-Party AI Tools

Big Shot Lab may use trusted third-party AI processors or tools to complete your order. Those vendors are required to protect your images and use them only to process your request.

AI tools may be combined with human review, refinement, or quality checks at our discretion.

2.4 Storage & Retention

Your uploaded photos and final results may be stored temporarily in order to:

Deliver your files

Provide revisions

Handle customer service, quality checks, or technical needs

We typically delete or archive your files after a reasonable period unless required for legal, operational, or backup purposes.

Upload links and access to the upload experience may be session-based or time-limited.

Customers are responsible for completing uploads in one session unless otherwise stated.

Final edited images are delivered via email or secure download.

Upload pages are used for image submission only and are not intended for ongoing access.



3. Payments, Refunds & Satisfaction

3.1 Pricing

All pricing displayed on our website, order page, or checkout system is subject to change at any time without notice.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required upfront before any image processing or services begin.

3.3 Refunds

Due to the digital and custom nature of our Services, all sales are final.

However, we may offer revisions or corrections if:

The edited image does not reflect the instructions you provided

A technical error occurs in the processing

You request changes within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in rare or exceptional situations.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times (e.g., “24 hours”) are approximate and not guaranteed.

Turnaround times refer to curated delivery of final images, not raw or unreviewed outputs.

Turnaround may vary based on:

Volume of orders

Quality or complexity of the submitted photos

Technical or system-related limitations

We strive to meet all posted timelines.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Big Shot Lab Materials

All website content, branding, logos, templates, AI enhancements, and tools are the property of Big Shot Lab and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or redistribute any proprietary content without permission.

5.2 Edited Images

You have the right to use your final edited images for:

Personal use

Business use

Social media

Professional portfolios

Marketing materials

We do not claim ownership over the final output, aside from the limited license needed to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Big Shot Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Big Shot Lab does not guarantee perfect or error-free results, though we aim to deliver high-quality results.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from low-quality, unclear, or damaged photos you submit.

We are not responsible for how third-party platforms (e.g., social media sites) may interpret, compress, or alter your images after your use.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is to request revisions.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including:

Fitness for a particular purpose

Merchantability

Availability or uptime

Accuracy of AI-generated or AI-modified content

Error-free or uninterrupted operation

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some limitations may not apply.
