We want you to feel completely confident when ordering your AI-enhanced headshots. Because of the digital nature of our service, we’ve designed a refund policy that is simple, fair, and transparent.

If for any reason you’re not happy with your results, we will re-process your photos one time at no cost to ensure you get the best images possible.  Refunds are only considered after this complimentary re-processing step has been completed or declined.

📌 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a 100% refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- You have not accessed or downloaded any final images
- Your uploaded photos followed our quality guidelines (clear, well-lit images of your actual face with no filters)

If these conditions are met, we will process a full refund—no questions asked.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Because our service involves custom AI model training and digital image generation, refunds cannot be offered if:
You have accessed or downloaded any final AI headshots
Final images have been delivered or accessed (the service is considered fully rendered)
Your uploaded photos did not meet required guidelines, resulting in unusable model training
The refund request is made after the 7-day window
There was a violation of terms related to photo ownership, copyright, misuse, or age requirements (18+)
